I recently went to the Zero Carbon Hub presentation of their findings to the industry, where they implied we can achieve zero carbon building by 2016. with modest reductions in U values and a slight increase in air tightness, whilst keeping brick and block cavity walls.

Burdens Environmental were recently proud to exhibit at the Big Green Homes Show at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre in Swindon. The Centre is a permanent self build exhibition space for the public to visit, with static displays also offering product training days.
Alan Lowry, Director of ESF, recently attended the 39th Annual ASLA convention in Philadelphia, USA, to launch the joint venture with Sigma Corp to promote ESF throughout the USA and Canada.
There are over 13,500 members of ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architects) and many of them were represented at this annual conference and convention.
Alan was joined on the 'Environmental Site Furnishings@Sigma' stand by Andy Podner, Kevin Mahoney and Steve Goodwyn from ESF@Sigma.
